At HMC 9-1-1, we look for the best of the best to join our team. In order to join our team, applicants must pass a series of tests to ensure their skills are a good fit for the important role they’ll play. Criticall Prep

The CritiCall test is a sample representation of the working environment of a Calltaker and ‘tests’ your ability to multitask. A passing grade is required to move forward in the application process.
